Sammy Fernandez is our electrical principal and team leader. His experience in electrical aircraft distribution systems provides great insights into system operation and problem-solving. He recently got promoted from chief petty officer to lieutenant (LT) in the navy reserves, from which he draws many of his leadership skills and project management skills from. Flora Teng joined ACE, Inc. in 1998 as controller and helped organize ACE’s finances and administrative needs. Flora Teng has over 20 years of accounting experience. Renier (Ray) Garcia, P.E
Renier (Ray) Garcia came to American Consulting Engineers Electrical Inc. (ACEE) with seven years of experience as a project engineer, responsible for designing low-voltage systems (Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, CATV, security, intercom, data and telephone systems, etc.) and construction management. His experience since joining ACEE in 1999 includes a wide range of commercial and educational projects. His knowledge and contractor field experience in low-voltage and electrical systems have become a great addition to our services. John Cacka, P.E
John Cacka joined American Consulting Engineers Electrical, Inc. in 2000 straight from Penn State University, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree. He has grown with ACEE over the years and has become a major player in our electrical department. John just recently became an Associate Principal. He is responsible for designing power distribution, lighting and lighting control, intercom/clock systems, data/telephone/CATV systems, and fire alarm systems.
